We are so glad you’re here.
Amelia Island is one of our absolute favorite places to be. We love that it’s a bit more laid back than other beach towns, but there is still so much to do and discover here.
Below, you will find arrival information, rules, amenities, and instructions on where everything is located both in this unit and on the Amelia Surf & Racquet Club property. We’ve also listed our favorite (and highly recommended!) things to do, eat and see while you are here along with detailed check out instructions.

Ocean Dreams has been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival.
If you’d like to change the door code to a 3-6 digit code you’ll easily remember, type in the 10-digit access code provided to you, press the SCHLAGE button, type in your desired 3-6 digit code, and press SCHLAGE again.

Treat our space with respect - we worked hard to make it beautiful.

No pets or smoking allowed inside or outside this condo - strictly enforced.

Accidents happen! Just let us know if they do.

Be aware of noise if it is after 9pm, or before 9am.

Do not use our towels to remove makeup; use the free wipes we provide.
7.
Follow all checkout guidelines to help our staff prepare for the next guests.
4.
Parties and events are not allowed at Ocean Dreams.

Condo Access
To enter the complex, you will use the keypad at the front entrance of Amelia Surf & Racquet Club (ASRC). At the condo, you will use your provided code to enter the front door. Inside in a dish on the bookshelf, you will find an entry key that allows access to the pool bathrooms and tennis courts.
Parking
There are no reserved spots; park anywhere you’d like!
TV
Cable service is through Comcast/Xfinity. Both TVs in our condo have cable and corresponding remotes. You can stream Netflix, Amazon, etc. in the living room using the Roku Ultra Remote.
Coffee Maker
Remove the water reservoir on the left of the machine, fill with tap water and replace. Press the power button and give the system a couple minutes to warm up. When it’s warmed up, lift the handle up, place a coffee pod inside and push the handle down to close. Place a mug on the machine and press the cup size you’d like.

Before doing any laundry, please shake off all sand and DO NOT attempt to do large loads in our small machines. This will help us to keep them in working condition. Please use only HE detergent, which we provide for all guests and clean the lint trap from the dryer after each use.
The trash room is next to the elevator across from the condo. Please bag all trash before putting it in the dumpster.
The closest ASRC pool is just to the north of this condo. The pool does not require a key, but you will need to use the entry key to get into the bathrooms. Exit the front door, turn right and use the walkway on the north side of building C. Towels are above the dryer in the kitchen
Get to the beach from the boardwalk just beyond to the pool. Beach chairs, umbrella and outdoor games are in the chest outside on the patio. Please do not bring these items inside.
There are four lighted courts available for our guests. You will access the courts with the entry key. If you’d like to reserve court time, please use the sign-up sheet at the tennis pro shop.
ASRC grills and picnic tables are located at the very end of the parking lot, straight out the front door. Please clean up after yourself if you use this space!
Important Note:
Please remember that you are a private guest of Michael & Sarah Harris, the owners of this condo. This rental is not associated with the office located at the ASRC entrance. Be sure to address all questions and issues with the owners. The office at the complex is there to help guests staying directly through ASRC.

Please note that check-out time is firm to give our cleaning staff adequate time to get ready for the next guest. Your access code will expire at check out.
Due to COVID-19, we ask that you please help us with a few things prior to your departure:
Please leave the air conditioning ON and set at 72 degrees.
Leave the sink empty of all dishes and cookware - load and start the dishwasher.
Remove or dispose of personal food/drink items in refrigerator, freezer, and cabinets.
Empty all trash cans and deposit garbage in the dumpster outside.
If you are able, please start a load of bath towels on high temperature and be sure not to overfill the washing machine.
Be sure to leave the pool bathroom key on the bookshelf.
If you check out prior to the standard time of 10am, please notify us so we can alert our cleaning staff. You may text the owners directly or email OceanDreamsAmelia@gmail.com.
Note that guests may be charged an additional amount if our cleaners have to go above and beyond to clean this property. Also, please make sure all property items are left (keys, remotes, beach chairs, towels, etc.), or you will be charged to replace them.
